Bathroom Renovations

Custom tile work, frameless glass, in-floor heating, and complete plumbing rough-ins. Serving Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, and the broader GTA.

Primary Specialty

40+ Years of Bathroom Craftsmanship

Bathroom renovations are our founding specialty — and the reason clients have referred neighbours to us for four decades. Whether it’s a compact 4-piece in a semi-detached or a 200 sq ft master ensuite with steam shower and heated floors, we approach every project the same way: proper waterproofing, plumb walls, level floors, and finishes that look as good in ten years as the day we handed over the keys.

We handle every trade in-house — plumbing, electrical, tile, glass, and carpentry. You deal with one team and one schedule, not a parade of subcontractors coordinating around each other.

How We Work

Our 6-Step Process

01

Free In-Home Consultation

We visit your space, take measurements, discuss your vision and budget. No sales pressure — just honest answers about what's possible and what it will cost.

02

Design & Material Selection

We guide you through tile, fixture, and layout options that fit your style and budget. You approve every selection before a single tool is picked up.

03

Demo & Rough-In

Full strip-out of existing finishes. Subfloor inspection, plumbing rough-in repositioned as needed, electrical rough-in for heated floors and exhaust.

04

Waterproofing & Tile

We apply a full membrane system before any tile goes down. Shower walls, niche, floor — waterproofed to prevent future moisture damage behind finishes.

05

Fixtures & Finishes

Vanity installation, glass enclosures, plumbing trim-out, lighting, mirrors, and accessories — all installed with manufacturer specs and clean sight lines.

06

Final Inspection & Handover

We walk the completed bathroom with you, address any punch-list items on the spot, and hand over care instructions. Clean site, done on schedule.

FAQ

Common Questions

How long does a full bathroom renovation take?

A standard bathroom renovation typically takes 10–15 business days from demo to handover, depending on the scope. Larger master ensuites with custom tile work can run 3–4 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule in writing before work begins.

Do I need a permit for a bathroom renovation in Ontario?

Cosmetic updates (re-tiling, new fixtures in the same location) generally don't require a permit. However, if we're moving drains, adding electrical circuits, or altering structural walls, a building permit is required. We advise you on permit requirements during the consultation and can pull permits on your behalf.

What tile or stone options work best in a shower?

Porcelain and ceramic tiles are the most practical — durable, water-resistant, and available in every size and finish. Larger format tiles (24×24" or 12×24") create a seamless, contemporary look with fewer grout lines to maintain. Natural stone like marble or slate is beautiful but requires periodic sealing. We carry samples from multiple suppliers and can source specific materials on request.

Can you add in-floor heating to an existing bathroom?

Yes. We install electric radiant heat mats under tile during renovation — it's most cost-effective to do this when the floor is already open. We connect to a dedicated thermostat and recommend a programmable WiFi unit. Hydronic (water-based) heating is also possible if your home has a boiler system.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical, or do I need to hire separate trades?

We handle all trades under one contract. We work with licensed plumbers and electricians as part of our crew — you deal with one point of contact, one schedule, and one invoice. No subcontractor coordination falls on you.

What is included in a "full bathroom renovation"?

A full renovation includes: demo and disposal, plumbing rough-in and trim-out, electrical rough-in (including exhaust fan and lighting), waterproofing membrane, tile installation (floor, walls, and shower niche), vanity and mirror installation, glass enclosure, and all finish accessories. We can also include drywall, paint, and door hardware if needed.
