1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website operated by Babra's Renovation Inc.(“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at Brampton, Ontario, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Described
This website provides general information about renovation and general contracting services offered by Babra's Renovation Inc. in the Greater Toronto Area, including Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Vaughan, and surrounding municipalities.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contract, guarantee of availability, or commitment to perform work at any specific price or timeline. All services are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work commences.
3. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through this website initiates a non-binding inquiry. A quote request is not an offer of contract, and no contractual obligation arises until a written estimate or contract is signed by an authorized representative of Babra's Renovation Inc. and the client.
Pricing estimates are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, permit requirements, and scope confirmed during an in-person consultation. Any verbal estimate provided prior to a written document is not binding.
We do not guarantee response times for quote inquiries, though we aim to respond within two (2) business days.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and before-and-after project imagery — is the property of Babra's Renovation Inc. or its licensors and is protected under applicable Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.
Project photographs depict work performed by Babra's Renovation Inc.. Any use of these images for competitive or commercial purposes without consent is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Babra's Renovation Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained herein. Our total liability in any matter related to this website shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in Ontario.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
The construction of all work performed under any subsequent contract is governed by the Ontario Building Code Act, 1992, the Construction Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.30, and all applicable municipal by-laws.

We collect only the information necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial account details, government ID numbers, or health information through this website.

Personal information collected through this website is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To respond to your quote request or inquiry and schedule an in-person consultation.
- To communicate project updates, estimates, invoices, and documentation related to contracted work.

- To comply with applicable legal obligations, including permit applications and Building Code requirements where your project address is required.
